Conceived to expand the American gin drinker’s palette by introducing them to a Genever Dutch-Style Gin; the very first gin. This is an American interpretation on a Genever style gin that is softer, more complex and flavorful than your typical London Dry style.
Distilled in an American made multi-section reflux column still from Colorado, with a gin basket at the top of the column, the natural botanicals are vapor infused before being condensed back into the final product. The result is a flavorful complex gin that can be had neat, or on the rocks with a slice of your favorite citrus peel.

Pleasant citrus and tropical fruit flavors. After draining and soft press, the juice is traditionally fermented at cold temperatures to preserve the fruit character.
