Domaine Pierre Riffault Sancerre Blanc
This white Sancerre (Sauvignon Blanc) is vinifed in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. In 2005, they began stirring the lees for more body, aroma and favors. The wine is then racked in the spring after 6 months of ageing before its initial bottling.
The wines are blended from our different terroirs; the "caillottes" lend fruit and freshness while fint-based soils lend minerality and ensure that the wine develops well. This creates a more typical, more balanced and more complex wine. White Sancerre is a fine match for fish and seafood.
It may also be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif, and of course with the local crottin de Chavignol goat’s cheese.

Domaine Robert Debuisson Pouilly Fuissé Bourgogne Blanc
The wine shows great balance between weight and freshness, with elegance derived from seamless minerality. Layers of subtle fruit notes combine stone fruits, acacia flowers and spiced hazelnut butter. The finish is long, intense and spicy.

Fernlands Sauvignon Blanc
The vineyard where Fernlands Sauvignon Blanc is grown is one of Marlborough’s best. The soil is an ancient riverbed comprised of three unique terraces of free draining silty loam topsoil. There are 2,500 vines per hectare and all have 2-3 canes adding enhanced flavor concentration to each and every grape bunch.

Foris Rogue Valley Moscato
Wildly aromatic with an abundance of white peach, Asian pear, citrus blossom and a honeysuckle floral kick! The intense aromas foretell an explosion of flavor punctuated by a delicate effervescence. Sweet and delicious, the naturally low alcohol, crisp acidity and light carbonation create a very light and refreshing sensation. While many might think of this as a dessert wine, it’s perfect as an aperitif with fresh fruit or great as a brunch or celebration wine with its low alcohol.

Bright straw-gold in color, with aromas of honeysuckle, tangerine, ginger and develops white peach and herbs as the wine opens up. It opens on the palate with slate, lemongrass, nectarine and finishes with a sweet ginger spiciness.

Medium in hue, florally driven with rose petal, red plum and underlying notes of pine resin and mint. On the palate it is smooth, round, and medium-bodied with flavors of tart cherry, orange zest, rhubarb and clove. Its lively acidity carries through the palate and finishes with polished fin-grained tannin.
