For this cocktail, we’ve combined Campari and Vermouth with Nikki Coffey Japanese Gin, made with notes of Japanese citruses like yuzu, to complement the traditional gin botanicals of juniper berries, angelica, coriander, a touch of apple and pleasantly tangy hints of green Japanese Sans.
Bright in color and in flavor, while retaining the trademark bitter notes of a Negroni, this drink is pure magic.
