Tuscan herb seasoning blends reflect the Italian custom of combining salt with herbs & spices in daily baking and cooking. Made from sea salt harvested from open-air salt pans fed by the Adriatic Sea in Puglia with organic certified herbs & spices from the Casentino valley of Tuscany. Custom blended and freshly ground by hand from family farmers, the aromas and taste are clean, vibrant & delicious. Enhance beef, chicken, lamb, pork & turkey. Use a clean, dry spoon to remove seasoning adding 1/4 teaspoon per pound of meat or 4 servings. Use with your favorite recipe.
