Offers a complex, elegant and very delicate bouquet of hazelnuts, almond crescent, honey, white blossoms, brioche, nougat and fruit expressions of ripe mirabelles and apricots along with a refreshing dash of lemon juice and even some floral aromas. The palate is intensely fruity, very elegant, superbly refined and perfectly dry and is provided with a lovely structure and beautiful roundness and delicacy. The finish is pure and clear, with discreet but refreshing minerality. This is a gorgeous Blanc de Blancs
