The wine has a medium body with a ruby color and aromas of berries and spice. On the palate it is balanced with pleasant acidity and tannins.
Recommended food pairings include fried vegetables, meat, noodle & rice dishes.

Vinarija Manastira Bukovo doo Filigree Red Tamjanika
Dark red wine with purple shine and intense violets odor. The aroma is lush, extractive, with fruity acids and accentuated tannins, while in the background clearly distinct tones of oak lurk. Pure, harmonious, lovingly balanced wine of modern sensibility, it won silver medal on Decanter and confirmed Krajina as a fine terroir for this variety.
Recommended with all roasted meats, barbecue and strong cheeses.

Vinarija Raj d.o.o. Red Tamjanika
RED Tamjanika (Tam-ya-nee-kah) is a rare ancient grape variety native to the Negotin Valley in Serbia. The wine is a light ruby color and has remained in oak barrels for 4 months. It has full and balanced taste with excellent persistence of aromas which make it an excellent companion for a wide variety of foods.
Recommended food pairings include seafood, sushi, Asian rice and noodle dishes, grilled vegetables, salads, poultry, pork, fruits and creamy desserts.
