The fruit forward and citrus aromas capture the organic purities of the hand-picked Pedro Ximénez Grapes, and the meticulous double distillation process yields the smoothing progression as was intended by the copper stills. The traditional Chilean flavors are then distinguished towards the finish, as the stone characteristics are noted which derive from the natural irrigation produced by that rainfall that is gifted from the Andes to the vines.
