Copper Fiddle – Fiddle Gin
Conceived to expand the American gin drinker’s palette by introducing them to a Genever Dutch-Style Gin; the very first gin. This is an American interpretation on a Genever style gin that is softer, more complex and flavorful than your typical London Dry style.
Distilled in an American made multi-section reflux column still from Colorado, with a gin basket at the top of the column, the natural botanicals are vapor infused before being condensed back into the final product. The result is a flavorful complex gin that can be had neat, or on the rocks with a slice of your favorite citrus peel.

Copper Fiddle Fyren Gin
As culinary lovers of spicy food we wanted something similar to experience in the world of spirits. Gin, specifically Genever-Style gin, already has a notable number of botanicals and general “softness” of flavor allowing it to be molded by bartenders into a variety of both sweet and savory cocktails. Fenn Valley 42 Ice wine
Ice Wine is a sweet and rich wine made from grapes left to naturally freeze on the vine. The frozen grapes were then gently pressed, yielding a concentrated juice from which the wine is made. The nose and the taste is that of ripe peaches, mango apricots, honey, raisins, and a hint of violets. While the finished wine is actually sweeter than the grape juice of a normal harvest, the sweetness is matched to a mouthful of fruit flavors that just won’t quit.
