Clos Des Papes Le Petit Vin d’Avril Rouge
The Le Petit Vin d’Avril (two-thirds from the 2005 vintage and one-third from 2004) is juicy, with loads of crunchy cherries and new saddle leather notes with some pepper, flowers, and spice. It’s a vin gourmande, as the French would say, and best drunk in its first several years of life.
This exquisitely run estate continues to turn out wines of great fragrance, richness as well as flavor authority and integrity. The yields are always among the lowest in the appellation. While they have 87 acres and can produce as much as 8,000 cases of Chateauneuf du Pape, the yields in 2003 were 23 hectoliters per hectare, in 2004, 22 hectoliters per hectare, and in 2005, 21 hectoliters per hectare. Their best value, and it’s one heck of a bistro wine, is the non-vintage concoction of Grenache, Syrah, Merlot, and Carignan actually cropped at an amazingly low 32 hectoliters per hectare.

Delibori – Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore DOC
- Area of Production: Vineyards are in the heart of the Valpolicella area, around the villages of Marano, Negrar, Fumane, Saint'Ambrogio and San Pietro Incariano.
- Vinification: It is obtained using the Ripasso technique, which is traditional in Valpolicella, Fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature of 25 Celsius for 12 days. A few months later, the operation known as Ripasso is performed: the wine is left in contact with the skins of the dried grapes used for the production of Amarone. In this way, the resulting wine has greater structure and complexity. It matures in traditional Slavonian oak barrels. Further refinement in the glass.

di Lenardo IGT Venezia Giula Sauvignon
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, the nose is immediately overwhelmed by an explosion of scents: yellow fruit, pepper, melon, peach. On the palate these fresh fruity notes are reconfirmed but we also discover a good minerality.
The acidity, always present, is never invasive but binds the whole giving it the typical freshness and vivacity of the Sauvignon grape. The aftertaste amazes for almost unexpected softness and creaminess for a wine of this kind.
