AVANTI – Brunello di Montalcino DOCG
Ruby red color with slight garnet hues resulting from aging; intense and persistent perfume, with notes of red fruit jam; a smooth, velvety flavor with evenly balanced tannins, intense and persistent with spicy notes and a hint of licorice; harmonious and elegant on the whole.
Since the 1970s, Montalcino and Brunello produced what is considered the height of Sangiovese production. Our family hand-selects the production of each vintage to achieve the most approachable Brunello in the market today! Unbelievable quality for an unmatched price each year.

Terre di Melazzano – ChiAndrè Chianti Classico DOCG
This wine is a result of a synthesis between respect for tradition and the search for innovation in the new clones of Sangiovese and production techniques. It has an excellent persistence and consistency, made evident by its legs that descend slowly from the inner wall of the glass in which the wine is poured. The perfume is intense, ethereal, and spacious. with hints of violets and fruit. The taste is warm, velvety, and smooth and, above all, balanced and well structured. It is a wine suited to aging.

Terre di Melazzano – Sofie IGT Toscana
Sofie is our favorite. We call her the "baby" Super Tuscan. Only two varietals are needed to showcase the true beauty of Chianti country. The serving temperature of this wine has an enormous impact on the flavor. Served cold, as the label states, blends the two varietals perfectly to create a wine that empties the bottle before you realize it. As the wine warms to room temperature, the silky and blodied tones of the Merlot shine. The result is so easy to drink that it can be served as an aperitif, a dinner win, or a post-dinner sunset sipper.

San Fiorenzo Bolgheri
Blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine carries out an 18-day fermentation and maceration in steel, followed by a 12-month aging in French oak barrels and a further 3 months in bottle. Purple in appearance, it presents a bouquet that evokes the preserves of berries, smoothed by sweet spicy notes. On the palate, it is splendidly balanced, with soft and supple tannins. Ideal pairing with ravioli with meat sauce, braised duck breast, grilled lamb chops.

San Fiorenzo Brunello di Montalcino
A classic Brunello, authentic in style, which fully expresses the character of the local Sangiovese and with a remarkable finesse and longevity. It is aged partly in Slavonian oak barrels and partly in 500 liter French oak barrels.
Deep ruby red color. It reveals aromas of well-ripened wild berries, preserved blackberries, tobacco leaves and leather. Rich in sensations on the palate, it develops into a long finish

Villa La Pagliaia Chianti Classico DOCG Gran Selezione
This wine is the fruit of the painstaking selection of the finest Sangiovese grapes grown in few selected parcels of the Estate vineyards. After the fermentation in steel, followed by a 22-day maceration, the wine is aged for 24 months part in Slavonian oak casks and part in 500 liters French oak barrels and a further 8-10 months in bottle. Deep ruby red, the nose releases scents of dried plum, blackberry and raspberry. Full-bodied wine with velvety tannins and a well integrated acidity.

Villa Pillo Borgoforte Rosso Toscano IGT
Borgoforte is a small village in the middle of our Estate that proved too strong to conquer:
A strong village. Like our new red wines, it symbolizes the resilient and charming character of the Tuscans.
This wine is made in the “Super – Tuscan” style by adding Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes to the classical grape of Tuscany, Sangiovese.
Each year we add selected wines to the blend to bring subtle complexity and richness without losing the flavor of the traditional wines of Tuscany. Grapes picked at optimum ripeness ensure a wine which expresses itself in its ripe blackfruit components and full body. A true reflection of flavors which are a marriage of our soils under the Tuscan sun. For smooth body and elegance, the wine is aged in small oak barrels

Villa Pillo Cingalino Rosso di Toscana
The wine, composed by 65% Merlot and 35% Cabernet Franc, as been named because of the funny animal represented on the label. A dressed wild boar with a grape on his hand. It’s a nice label for representing our Tuscan region. The intention is to do a product easy to drink with the complexity and roundness of French varieties, without loosing the flavor and fresh quality of traditional Tuscan wine. Thanks to the particular attention of the blend, we obtain a wine with a medium dark color with vibrant flavor and aromas, a pleasant wine to drink even if young. Every varieties did the fermentation separately and after the Cigalino has been aged for 6 months in French one year used barrels of Lt. 225, which contribute to enhance the elegance.
