Nada Giuseppe Barbaresco Casot DOCG
From the eponymous cru in the village of Treiso. The 3 hectares of vines here are 35 years old, facing southwest at 350m. Harvest was on September 28th, 2014 at yields of 52hl/ha.
Spontaneous fermentation took place in stainless steel, with an extended maceration on the skins for 70 days. Aging was in 1000-3000L oak botti for 2 years, followed by an additional 4 months in bottle. 12,000 bottles made.

Ricossa Barbaresco DOCG
Deep garnet red color with matching highlights. The nose is rich with red fruit, licorice, spices, and vanilla. The mouth full-bodied, robust, with structured tannins. Pairs well with traditional Piedmont cuisine like white truffle, plin, wild boar, mushrooms, and mature cheese.

Ricossa Barbaresco Riserva DOCG
The wine has a medium garnet color. The nose is spicy with hints of licorice, pepper, and vanilla. The mouth is full-bodied and shows balanced and elegant tannins. Pairs well with traditional Piedmontese dishes, gamey meats, porcini mushrooms, and aged cheese. It has a potential for bottle aging.
