Trentadue OPR Sauvignon Blanc
Moderately “grassy”, with more citrus and apple fruit and traces of gooseberry, melon and fig aromas. The body is light to medium and focused, with obvious richness, finishing on refreshingly high notes of acidity and minerality. The wine was slowly fermented at cold temperature to preserve more of the aromatics and acidity as well as achieving fuller and viscous body. No oak was used during the aging. Enjoy this wine chilled with your favorite sea food or fruit and cheese plates.

Two Birds One Stone Rosé
Harvested at night when the temperatures are cooler in order to prevent oxidation, this rosé delivers subtle fruity aromas. After being gently pressed, the juices are sent to ferment at a low temperature. This procedure enhances the elegant aromatic profile of the variety. Two Birds One Stone Rouge
A blend of old and new, this wine is made with the old grape variety Carignan, but carried out in a modern style. The grapes are destemmed and crushed. Half of the grapes are processed through modern technique of thermo-vinification and maceration. The other half goes through a traditional maceration process. The fermentation works at a controlled temperature to keep the wine's fruity aromas. The aging is carried out in tanks with a small amount of French oak staves to add more complexity and roundness to the blend. The final product is dense and velvety, with an intense taste of red berries and a lingering finish.
