San Fiorenzo Bolgheri

Blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine carries out an 18-day fermentation and maceration in steel, followed by a 12-month aging in French oak barrels and a further 3 months in bottle. Purple in appearance, it presents a bouquet that evokes the preserves of berries, smoothed by sweet spicy notes. On the palate, it is splendidly balanced, with soft and supple tannins. Ideal pairing with ravioli with meat sauce, braised duck breast, grilled lamb chops.
